[INSTRM-190] CCD read command does not finish properly

For some obscure reason, from time to time ccd read command doesn't finish properly and doesn't generate its keywords.

Neverless, the fits file is generated and seems to be correct, but as a result I have to perform the ISR manually on those exposures.
We still are currently using ccdActor 1.2
