The broken fiber in MTP U2-3 group in the Cable B3, hole #16 on BC side. This fiber is supposed to connect fiberId=820, CobraId=2182 (Cobra SC39, PFI=11).</p> <p>The Cobra xml file should be updated accordingly.</p> INSTRM-1847
