Comparing the calculated fiber positions, I found that the updates were reverted at some point. One of the modification doesn't seem to have used at all. (I found a bug in the latest version of mcs-pfi transformation, so it was good this was not used, though...)</p> <p>Anyway, the mcs-pfi transformation should be corrected, and used in the next run.</p> INSTRM-1822
