[INSTRM-1672] Move imaging test rows to actual requirement positions.

We have been running the imaging tests at seven rows equally spaced from row 200 to row 3900. That was mostly from me not wanting to deal with the ugly regions near the edge of the detector(s).

Change to the rows called out in the requirements: at 0, 14.99, 21.00, 30.03 mm, +/-.
