Adjusted the calculation of thresholds to remove code for the pinhole mask, and situations where we have no value for the boresight. Removed obsolute routines from mcsRoutines - calculating pinhole mask thresholds, and old version of fibreID and applying the affine transformation.</p> <p>Merged and pushed to master.</p> <p> </p> Development Rank 0|zzsto7:
