The VMs are configured to have unshared <tt>/home/pfs</tt>, which makes that error prone.</p> <p>So we can move <tt>.pgpass</tt> to <tt>/software/.pgpass</tt> or <tt>/software/pgpass</tt>, and set <tt>PGPASSFILE=that</tt> in the shared and git controlled <tt>/software/ics_launch/bin/setup.sh</tt>. </p> INSTRM-1525
