CCD_r1 wrong offsets ?

All four amps are railed at 64k. Lowering VBB did not change anything. There are plausible non-detector causes, but that is a matter for a different venue.</p> <p>I'll lower priority and leave this open for the offsets, which is blocked on the ics_config work.</p> <p>The current method of loading offsets uses image files headers, which seemed cute at the time.
