But the FPGA-level cards are returned as part of the Exposure, and the FPGA layer creates the HEADVERS card. That needs to change in response to actor changes (e.g. <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/INSTRM-128" title="Halogen keyword in FITS Header is wrong" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="INSTRM-128"><del>INSTRM-128</del></a>).</p> <p>Make the FPGA headers come from a method other than readImage(), and have the ccdActor call it.</p> INSTRM-130
