Implement them.</p> <p>We want the pfilamps and dcb actors to look the same: </p> <ul class="alternate" type="square"> <li>before opening the shutter, setup what the controller should do with the lamps.</li> <li>after opening the shutter, tell the controller to run the lamp sequence.</li> </ul> <p>Since the DCB is in use and is working as an integral part of SPS, model the commands on that. We will probably want to slightly adapt the code which is running on the pi to match what was implemented on the DCB power strip.</p> INSTRM-1262
