This assignment will create a miss identification to the fiber points. The current fiber identification methods uses nearest-neighborhood. Assigning 0+0j will cause identification of any point close to origin, which is spot of SC14/PID57. </p> <p>Also, there is a request from Javier for his simulation work. </p> INSTRM-1210
