All issues which are "In Progress" or were "Done" have been marked as such.</p> <p>The above should be fixed, per <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/INFRA-34" title="Allow anyone to move issues back to &quot;Open&quot;" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="INFRA-34"><del>INFRA-34</del></a>.</p> <p>Moved issues which were marked as "In Progress" but not actively being worked on back to "Open".
