[INFRA-203] Provide access to JIRA for Eric Jeschke

                <project id="10001" key="INFRA">Software Development Infrastructure</project>

Eric Jeschke has problems accessing his JIRA account. See email excerpt below. This needs to be addressed.

On 5/30/18 8:41 PM, Eric Jeschke wrote:
> Hi Hassan,
>
> Wondering if you can check (or forward my request to the appropriate
> party) my login on the PFS Jira account. I have a PFS account on
> sumire.pbworks.com <http://sumire.pbworks.com>, and someone from the
> team was telling me that I should be able to log into Jira with that
> username/password, but it seems not to recognize me or let me reset my
> password.
>
> After that failure I tried logging back into the sumire.pbworks.com
> <http://sumire.pbworks.com> account and reset my password there. That
> was successful. But it still won't let me log in to Jira.
>
> It would be helpful for participating in these issues to have access.

To have a request of his account along the formal procedure, I sent a request to Takato-san (i.e. PFS site manager at Subaru) to send us required information to create a new account for Eric-san.

So this issue can be closed.
</comment>
