I was trying to update the linkage to the latest one 9420aace891f41e64870a4a9890779816162dc96 , so that we can also use Python3 with the futurized datamodel. Then, one gets ModuleNotFoundError if there is no LSST modules installed. ETC should be standardized, so, if possible, I'm happy if you do not use LSST stuff in at least pfsConfig, pfsArm.py and pfsObject.py.</p> DAMD-30
