 Description

We need:

  • Transmission curves (red one is named yabeRed.dat, which suggests we should ask Kiyoto Yabe).
  • The blue detector size was different from that of the red. Verify if this is indeed the case (cloomis?).
  • Blue bias frames.

The red and blue detectors are identical, so you can use red biases as fakes for the blue ones for now.  Please file a ticket to get real blue biases when we have a chip running at LAM.

Jim says that he gave you different numbers of spots, but that's because the wavelength sampling is different.

Detector size is the same. Any config files for blue detectors are fictional: adapt the red ones.

Transmission curves come from set_ExposureTimeCalculator/config/PFS.dat. Yes, I should have parsed that file directly instead of extracting the relevant section.

Note also that the non-overshooting interpolator requires two 0.0 data points at each end. I think I pad after reading the curve in, but maybe I didn't.

some blue biases were taken at LAM, there also dark

These may not be perfect as we were debugging things at that time....

This work has been done under SIM2D-94 and PIPE2D-316.

Was done as part of PIPE2D-316.
