 Description   

When the oversampled floating point spectra are dropped into unsigned short, saturated pixel values are being mishandled.

"64k" was wrong, but flux in a pixel above full well just gets truncated to 64k. Probably does not really matter given how we use the simulator right now, but might.

We've agreed not to increase the detector fidelity in the simulator, as we now have real data.
