note:

in the current situation (multiple spectra concatenated in the api) only one LSF per observation is possible.

in the future, after implementation of #6028, there will be the possibility to handle a different lsf for each individual spectra

This issue should also handle template orthogonalisation.
Two options are possibles:
1) One orthogonalized template per observation
2) use "middle lambda" of all observations (0.5 * (max_spectre(lambda_max) + min_spectre(lambda_min)) and a the mean sigma of all lsf
