By cross-matching selected candidate F-stars with external spectroscopic catalogs such as APOGEE, MaStar, etc., we evaluate the classification errors. Improve the classification algorithm if necessary. |

The classification accuracy has been validated by the SDSS/SEGUE catalog. |

Is there any known systematic error in the SEGUE stellar parameters? Also, uncertainties are a function of magnitudes and I suspect SEGUE stars are brighter than typical standard stars for PFS. How much brighter? We will measure the accuracy with engineering data, but please provide a few more details before closing this ticket. |
