 Description

Looking into the problem of redshift determination of the weekly end-to-end processing at IPMU, it turns out to be that the problematic objects are in pfsObjects including the medium resolution arm. The flux (in nJy) in MR looks significantly higher than that in LR for the same object (see attached plots). The problem happened after w.2022.03 release, so I guess this is due the Jacobian related stuffs. I hope you check the issue independently and fix if this is a real problem.

I've verified this, and have a fix but the work is on the branch for PIPE2D-972.

Work was done on the ticket branch for PIPE2D-972. I audited the code for when the Jacobian needs to be applied, and fixed a few instances.

Thank you, price! I ran the 2D + 1D with the new fix and verified that the fix resolved the issue (or even better than before . The products are here if you are interested in: https://pfs.ipmu.jp/internal/devarch/ipmu/pipe_e2e/
