 Description   

To read pfsDesign files and write pfsConfig files, the ICS (specifically the fpsActor) wants to use pfs.datamodel.pfsConfig. If we leave that module in datamodel it would make life much easier to make the module buildable without DRP.

With two changes we can do so:

  • make sconsUtils setupOptional
  • add the ups/eupspkg.cfg.sh stanza from pfs_utils which hides the product from scons.

Seems reasonable. So long as the integration test passes, I'm fine with it.
