| Description |

(This ticket is a consequence of an attempt to do finer granulation of At the moment, the variance image which I create from the model image is created from scratch every time I require it. This is quite wasteful because every time when I do that I do 2nd order fit to get relation between variance and science data. I should separate that step so that it is only done once during the fitting procedure.

The variance creation step has been separated (Zernike_module internal version 0.50). The same code that needed 40k seconds before, needed 32k seconds after the change, without any change of the result. |
