 Description   

Please create and ingest in the official CALIB repository /projects/HSC/PFS/Subaru/CALIB-SuNSS-2021-06-16/ a detectormap for the m arm. This should be based (ie., bootstrapped) using recent SuNSS room light data.

Using drp_stella master commit 35e2e99 and obs_pfs master commit e6c09fb:

Bootstrap detectormap generated from Subaru room lamp arc data (visit=63106):

bootstrapDetectorMap.py /projects/HSC/PFS/Subaru/ --calib /projects/HSC/PFS/Subaru/CALIB-SuNSS-2021-06-16 --rerun hassan/bstrapMedRes --flatId visit=63050 arm=m --arcId visit=63106 arm=m --debug --configfile /tigress/hassans/subaru-runs/config/bootstrap-medRes.config

And ingested to the official CALIB repository as follows:

Check performed by re-running bootstrapDetectormap.py with the ingested bootstrapped detectormap above as input, and testing against visit=63105, a previous exposure with the same Subaru room lamp arc data. Summary output statistics below:

Attached screenshot of lines predicted by generated detectormap overlayed on ISR-corrected image from visit=63105 shown in attached figure . Lines predicted by detectormap shown as green 'X's. These line up with peaks in image well.
