 Description   

The current 0xdeadbeef SuNSS pfsDesign file was written long ago, and doesn't use proper pfs_utils code to read the GFM (and assumes that we're connecting to SM1). Please adapt code to do things properly, and commit it to pfs_utils.

The `makePfsDesign` util that Arnaud and I wrote for the September run should manage this with only minor additions.

We should generate some fiber-to-sky mapping, at least for the imaging fibers. Note that we could generate one with the actual telescope ra/dec whenever the telescope is slewed. That would take a bit more communication from the sunssActor.
