 Description

Please test the FRD algorithm being developed in PIPE2D-630 against SuNSS data to determine the algorithm's performance. Testing against real data is an effective way to determine how well the algorithm is performing.

I have generated the post stamp images for dcb data taken with different pupils. I have posted some images of different lines to show the difference. I will upload them to Tiger with instructions soon.

I am placing post stamp images in /tigress/ncaplar/ReducedData/Data_Jan_21.

F/3.3 images in focus have exposure number:
43078 for Neon
42440 for Argon
42882 for Krypton

F/2.5 images in focus have exposure number:
39477 for Neon
39094 for Argon
39859 for Krypton

So, to get science post stamp image for spot with number '55', for Argon, taken with F/3.3 pupil, the image name is `/tigress/ncaplar/ReducedData/Data_Jan_21/sci4244023Ar_Stacked.npy`.

For variance image, same except substitute sci and var (`/tigress/ncaplar/ReducedData/Data_Jan_21/var4244023Ar_Stacked.npy`)

Mask images should be empty, but they are provided at same location, after substituting sci and mask (`/tigress/ncaplar/ReducedData/Data_Jan_21/mask4244023Ar_Stacked.npy`).

Brent Belland, get in touch if you find any problems.
