 Description   

Observation detailed in PIPE2D-788 will create new data (in particular blue and new fibers). This ticket is to reduce and create poststamp images of this data so that it can be used in 2d analysis. At the moment this is more of the placeholder so that this work is accounted for, but will be more precisely defined with exact data once when this is known.

I started creating poststamp images. I have uploaded a single example showing difference between blue and red detector donuts in similar ranges of the detector.

I have created poststamps with Neon data in blue. Unfortunately, I have made a mistake during HgAr data acquisition. This problem has been summarized in a new ticket (PIPE2D-879)
