 Description   

Following DAMD-105, the makePfsDesign.py script now allows the user to specify the arms to be exposed. The pfs_pipe2d create_weekly.sh script should be updated accordingly. Please do so.

The create_weekly.sh script needs to be updated to pass the arm information to the makePfsDesign.py call.
