Once per day, process the arcs and flats from Subaru to create calibs. This will simplify other processing by providing calibs, and provide a foundation for future accumulation of QA stats. |

This requires connecting to the opdb. This work therefore awaits replication of the opdb to a machine accessible from Princeton without a VPN. |
