 Description   

Following PIPE2D-655, the 2D DRP pipeline supports spectrograph module SM2. It is not clear yet whether SM3 is fully supported: for example, I do not believe that a base detectormap has yet been generated from the 2D simulator for SM3, but Paul can confirm this or otherwise.

Please check that there is full support for SM3 across all related tasks in the pipeline.

This support is required for the LAM group, who will start analyzing SM3 data in the next 1-2 weeks.

For completion, support for SM4 should also be checked, but the priority is SM3. This ticket may be split into two if there is for example limited time to address both spectrograph modules.

I don't believe any changes are required to support the work currently underway at LAM, which involves only detrending.

Using the changes from DAMD-96, I have built detectorMaps for SM3 and SM4.

I've filed PIPE2D-705 to create sims for SM2-4 and run them through the pipeline stages beyond detrending.
