Solutions are placed in `/tigress/ncaplar/ positions_of_simulation_00 array contains positions of each PSF model. The columns are: 1. fiberId, 2. approximate x coordinate, 3. approximate y coordinate, 4. wavelength. array_of_simulation_00 array contains arrays with 189x189 PSF models (9x times oversampled). At the moment there is *_Jan08_v2 versions available. |

Compilations of figures: 1. Median_wavefront - showing summary of wavefront measurments 3. p4_z5,p1_z5,0_z5,m1_z5,m4_z5 - showing as an example how Z5 is changing as defocus There is an obvious problem in size of the psf at higher flux, visible as the ring around the psf solution. I will open a ticket to tackle this problem.

Observing Figure quality_in_focus once can observe how point of Argon at around log10(chi^2_max)=2.7 & log10(chi^2)=1 perform particularly poorly. I see that all of these points are from redest available Argon point, at 966.06 nm. It seems that there is some sort of continuum at these locations which is not accounted for when cutting the images. |
