 Description   

Currently constructBias and constructDark require "-calibId calibVersion=" because of "BIAS/NONE/%(calibVersion)s/pfsBias%(calibDate)s-0-%(spectrograph)1d%(arm)s.fits". Remove "%(calibVersion)s/" from templates

N.b. the removal from the "arc" template has not been tested.
