Write a script to generate a YAML for data reduction by reading opDB.

The script has been written to the extent that it can generate a YAML file for constructing biases, darks and flats. I have to know how to find inputs for the commands after constructing flats.

There are two phases ("calib1" and "calib2"). In calib1 phase, bias and dark are constructed. calib1 is separated from calib2 because arm "r" and "m" have to be combined on bias and dark construction. "calib2" phase only has "flat" field currently. Output codes for more fields have yet to be written.
