 Description

From Jim's notes from meeting last Friday (8/29):

"This needs to be fast and flexible enough that it can be done as needed
using the calibration lamps at Subaru.  It can also use whatever
mechanical calibration data as exists or can be obtained at Subaru.
This would presumably use far out-of focus images with sparse fiber
illumination, and be a daytime task."

The purpose of this ticket is to accurately measure the FRD at many fiber configurations as an input/prediction for the 2D-DRP to use in modeling.
