The current test is as follows

  • run integration test for PIPE2D
  • run PIPE1D for the resulting pfsObject files
  • confirm the results of PIPE1D are reasonable compared to the input for PIPE2D

The current status is that I confirmed that the both process could be run without any errors. I'll check the results in detail. I'm thinking about managing scripts related to this end-to-end processing test as repository.
