Following creation of the 2D DRP 5.2 release, the changelog http://tigress-web.princeton.edu/~HSC/pfs-drp-2d/changelog/5.2.html lists tickets closed in the 5.2 release as 'not tagged'. These should be labelled as part of the 5.2 release. |

Now cross-checking tag and pull information with commit history. As tags prior to w.2020.20 and 5.2 were not done in a consistent manner, changed matching of ticket to tag to use date stamp of ticket (when pull request was merged) and date range of tag applicability. |
