| Description |
|
In this second step of the global PSF estimation, I analyze the images taken in focus, or near focus (slit defocus +-0.5 mm). I do this with the parameters from defocused analysis fixed, in order to estimate the parameters that are more sensitive to the images in focus (such as FWHM of the image, scattering strength power-law of the scattering kernel, possible grating effect spreading the PSF in the wavelength direction...) |

I did first run on the cluster. I will shortly investigate why I did not get results for some spots. For most of them, it will be a combination of node failures or breaking through time limits, and with a reanalysis, I should get results for those spots as well. |

Sent the spots that failed in the first run back to the cluster. I expect to have the result on Friday (April 17). |

Finished. Some Neon spots with high fluxes have unusually bad results. This has to be investigated. |
