This step is nearing the completion. I am attaching a few figures:

I have also added the figures showing how the evolution of the quality of the modeling. As you can see, there is no large difference as a function of time. I should probably investigate this. |

I am closing this ticket in order to make progress and finish the generation of new solutions by the end of this week. I will open a new ticket to investigate why some spots have failed and to fill those empty spots. |
