 Description

In this initial step of the PSF estimation, I analyze the refocused images in order to estimate the Zernike parameters that describe the wavefront and the properties of the pupil

This step is nearing the completion. I am attaching a few figures:

1. An example of a single defocused analysis.png shows the result of an analysis of a random single image.
2. (p4 z5.png) and (m4 z5.png) show the results for Zernike polynomial 5  Oblique astigmatism shown on the two sides of focus (p4 = slit moved +4 mm, m4 = slit moved -4 mm). Squares are Neon lines, circles are from HgAr and hexagons are from Krypton. You can compare the density of analyzed spots with some previous tickets (e.g., PIPE2D-388, PIPE2D-489. )

I have also added the figures showing how the evolution of the quality of the modeling. As you can see, there is no large difference as a function of time. I should probably investigate this.

I am closing this ticket in order to make progress and finish the generation of new solutions by the end of this week. I will open a new ticket to investigate why some spots have failed and to fill those empty spots.
