 Description   

Run the implementation of 2d PSFs thorough the full pipeline and compare the quality with the quality of fitting of individual spots on my laptop. Determine which path is optimal for future direction of improving psf solutions:

  1. Increase the frequency of sampling by modeling more spots across the detector
  2. Improve the fidelity of modeling of the spots which are currently used.
