Many cut-outs which I made for analysis of the ``fiducial'' dataset are off-center in some way or the other. I am showing a simple example in the Figure. Improve these cutouts. |

I have posted two figures showing how the results have improved (Left panels, showing LAM data, i.e., the older version of the cutting routine, right panels showing Subaru data, i.e., improved version). These improvements have been implemented in the internal ``Zernike_Cutting'' modules version 0.28 and 0.29. The biggest improvement has been in implementing an iterative process in determining the center of focused images and using a smoothing function when determining the center in order to be less sensitive to spikes in the data. |
