Recently emcee (https://emcee.readthedocs.io/en/stable/), which I use in donut fitting, was updated to version 3 (https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2019JOSS....4.1864F/abstract). Implement the update and see if there are any improvments/changes.

The code has been updated. There were only some minor changes, the largest being that now we have to set up the option ``skip_initial_state_check=True'' |
