 Description

The outer ~40 rows/columns are darker than the rest of the image, plus it seems like the last columns of the left CCD and the first columns of the right CCD are bad. Need to investigate

The darker edges are almost certainly due to standard electrostatic issues at the edges of thick CCDs (what DECam calls "glowing edges").

The first and last columns sound different. Please split this into another ticket and provide more details (e.g. pictures!)

Some of this is PIPE2D-44, some of this is leakage of the electric field at the edge of the device.

There is also some funny stuff (a pixel or three) at the very start of the read in each amp, and a weird off-by-one problem thought to be in the FPGA (SCAM-5)
