 Description   

Measuring the widths of the fiber traces (as we did in diagnosing PIPE2D-415) looks to be a very useful QA diagnostic. It would be helpful if we ran this routinely as a part of constructFiberTrace.py. We would want to make these measurements at multiple positions in the spectral dimension, and remove the hard-coded positions in the spatial dimension.
