 Description   

Create a line list model of the sky, split by v and with spatial structure.
Possibly need to analyze and repeat work of Rousselout et al (2000) (A&A 354,1134).
Possibly need support from murdock and Jim Gunn.

This code will be used for the 2D simulator to simulate sky lines, in addition to modeling those sky lines in the DRP pipeline.

Hasan these papers by Osterbrock et al. have night sky spectra at shorter wavelengths than Rousselout.

I have a list of OH lines, but these include faint high rotational states that may be below the detection limits of PFS.

We need intensities as well as line lists.  Do you (murdock) have them?  I think they may be in the  Rousselout paper, but they're not in the machine-readable version I have.
