~~PIPE2D-310~~ implemented the end-to-end pipeline, but did not introduce unit tests for the new pipeline components (in both drp_stella and datamodel). Write some unit tests, so we can break early if we're broken.

Between `test_tasks.py` in drp_stella, the integration test and the weekly, I think we're covered.
