sogo.mineo reports:
This appears to me to be what is identified as fiberId=6:
reduceArc.py ~/pfs/pipe2d-297/INTEGRATION/ --calib=$HOME/pfs/pipe2d-297/INTEGRATION/CALIB/ --rerun test1/arc --id visit=5830
[...]
reduceArc.calibrateWavelengths INFO: FiberId 6, rms -0.000pix (3.908pix for reserved points)
Increasing the search radius (-c identifyLines.searchRadius=7 identifyLines.maxDistance=5.0) solves this, but may create different problems. cloomis has a better DetectorMap that should help. |
