memset in src/cmpfit-1.2/MPFitting_ndarray.cc needs #include cstring to compile on Linux/gcc 4.8.5, at least. Likewise, size_t wants to be std::size_t |

Only the missing memset declaration stopped compilation, so am only making that change. Merged in 5e4b81f |
