 Description   

We currently run constructArc to construct a high-S/N arc, ingest it into the calib registry, then run reduceArc to generate a pfsArm file which we don't have a way to reuse.

Please take the outputs from PIPE2D-214 and ingest those pfsArm files rather than the high-SN arc.
