 Description

Since merging PIPE2D-66 (or possibly one of the other recently by rhl merged branches?) with master the construct... commands in examples/runPipeline don't run anymore with the -id field= key. They run fine if field is removed. The commands do run with the straight -id visit=... key.

n.b. Personally I like it this way as the construct<field>.py command should (and does) pick up which field is meant

Fixed on LSST master, so we'll get it eventually.
