 Description   

In order to get `drp_stella` running after `obs_pfs` `PIPE2D-66` was merged with master we created 2 symbolic links in `drp_stella_data`, namely
`tests/data/PFS/CALIB/ARC/r/pfsArc-2016-11-11-0-1r.fits` and
`tests/data/PFS/CALIB/FIBERTRACE/r/pfsFiberTrace-2016-11-11-0-1r.fits`.
Please clean this up

The simulated data has been stripped from drp_stella_data in favor of LAM data.
