We look for pfsConfig files in date-specific directories as per the data model. We should reconsider this (as we may create the files before we know when they'll be observed), but for now let's just special case pfsConfigId == 0x0. Please allow extractions to proceed even if no pfsConfig is found in the canonical place. |

Merged to master. Implemented as a bypass_pfsConfig function in the mapper which makes KT unhappy, but at present the butler has no hook to retry a failed butler.get() |
