The reduceArcTask code has a config entry to describe the raw CCD. I don't understand what this means as we've run ISR; one thing it does not mean is prescan rows (i.e. clocking the serials before we start running the parallels). Please explain.

This is the number of rows in `redFiberPixels.fits.gz` before the real data start. I guess we could remove these rows in `redFiberPixels.fits.gz` |

I have no idea about the format of redFiberPixels.fits.gz, but if it's different from the post-ISR frames then yes, it should be adjusted and config.nRowsPrescan=49 removed. |
