I think that description isn't quite complete. The parts of the PSF code that we discussed were the ones that generate a set of samples from the PSF given a fiber trace; that's the only part that we decided to preserve. Please add more details on exactly which parts you are planning to keep, and which parts you're planning to discard. |

We are planning to keep PSF::extractPSFs and all the methods called there, and to discard all the PSF fitting and reconstruction methods, e.g. Thin-Plate Splines |
